About the Job
This HR position involves providing support to clients across multiple European countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and labor laws. The ideal candidate will have experience in employee lifecycle management, payroll verification, and daily consulting services.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Act as an in-house HR expert for Italy and Europe, handling complex people-related matters throughout the employee lifecycle.
* Own and drive employee lifecycle management: onboarding, transfers, relocations, and offboarding, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
* Verify payroll calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Provide daily HR consulting to clients, maintain client relationships, and resolve cross-border employment issues.
* Admin support: generation of reports, employment verification letters, HRIS administration.
Requirements:
* International HR professional experience in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with European labor laws, particularly in Italy and surrounding countries.
* Fluency in English; additional European languages (e.g., German, French) are a plus.
* Data-driven: you challenge the status quo and strive to improve response times and employee experience.
* Enjoy working with people, possess a strong service mindset, and thrive on listening to and helping others solve problems, with the ability to provide effective solutions in complex situations.
