Synergie Italia SPA, Milan Cadorna branch, is seeking a profile for an energy company to be classified as Executive Assistant to be inserted at the Milan South office.
Position
The resource, working within the Commercial Department, will support management and especially the executives in the daily management of their corporate activities.
Specifically, the resource will be involved in the following activities:
* Organizing appointments, meetings, travel, transfers, and deadlines for managers ;
* Managing correspondence (phone calls, emails, mail), filtering incoming and outgoing communications ;
* Creating presentations, reports, and other materials requested by line managers ;
* Logistical planning and preparation for corporate events, conferences, client and partner meetings;
* Supporting project supervision, including planning, time management, and resource allocation ;
* Organizing and archiving company documents, managing electronic and paper files.
Requirements
To perform the activity, the following are required:
* Previous experience in the role gained in structured and international contexts;
* Technical diploma and/or degree in economic/legal subjects;
* Excellent knowledge of the Office Suite, especially Excel ;
* Excellent knowledge of the SAP management system (invoicing and travel management );
* Good knowledge of English language spoken and written;
* Excellent stress management and goal-oriented work skills.
Additional Information
Workplace: Milan South
Work hours: Full Time from Monday to Friday.
Initial contract: temporary, through agency, for maternity leave replacement. CCNL Energy and Oil.
Salary and classification will be evaluated during the interview and will be commensurate with the candidate's experience.
