Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑grade applications for the Progettazione e Sviluppo team. Apply advanced Java and enterprise technologies to build robust, scalable software solutions. Write clean, maintainable, front‑end code using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS, ensuring responsive, cross‑browser compatibility. Collaborate in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives. Interface with cross‑functional teams, including foreign‑office teams, using clear, concise English communication. Apply proactive problem‑solving, time‑management, and teamwork skills to deliver high‑quality results on time. Qualifications
Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in complex, evolving, technology‑rich environments. Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunication Engineering, Information Sciences, or related fields. Excellent Java development skills and deep knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS. Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and proven ability to work in a team environment. Good working knowledge of English (interfacing with foreign‑office teams). Strong problem‑solving, time‑management, proactivity, and teamwork skills. Benefits
