This is a growth‑focused position in a production environment with a strong team culture.Core ResponsibilitiesLead technical support to timely deliver PCM development projects per Master SpecificationDrive product quality improvements by analyzing field feedback with WAnT, FReT, myQUEST and analytics toolsInitiate cross‑department counteractions to resolve quality issues quicklyDevelop and deploy Trax troubleshooting guides with Gecia team to enable self‑support for field engineersAdvance augmented support to minimize travel delays and improve time‑to‑solutionCreate and maintain training materials and standardized simulators for Air Academies and field staffDefine and monitor KPIs; manage PQM and TCM meetings to reduce warranty costsCoach and empower service specialists; build cross‑divisional collaboration for timely service supportEnsure documentation is available on standardized platforms and promote a self‑supportive fieldOversee daily support processes xlwpduy and follow up on competence gaps in Customer CentersQualificationsDegree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar technical discipline)Training in Project Management (PMP or Prince2 a plus)Knowledge of data analysis and digital tools (Power BI, SAS VA)Fluency in Italian and EnglishDesired AttributesFamily‑friendly working atmosphereFocus on work‑life balanceDevelopment opportunities
