PpFor our AFC Department based in Parma we are looking for an bAccountant Specialist /b. /p pAccounting specialists use receipts and other documents to verify and process transactions, record and analyze financial information, communicate with lenders, clients, and suppliers, and assist with daily, monthly, and yearly accounting activities and projects. /p h3Duties and responsibilities: /h3 ul liUsing documents to verify, record, and process transactions. /li liMaintaining accurate and complete records, including ledgers, journals, invoices, receipts, and information related to supplies and inventory. /li liAssisting the accounting department in daily, monthly, and annual activities, including generating financial reports, developing budgets, preparing taxes, and assisting with audits and resolving discrepancies. /li liSpeaking with vendors and suppliers to ensure charges are accurate and that payments are received in a timely manner. /li liCommunicating with clients to discuss account statuses, charges, or discrepancies. /li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field /li liMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in an international company or with foreign subsidiaries, or at least 3 years of experience in an audit firm /li liGood written and spoken English /li liSolid understanding of accounting principles and current financial legislation /liliKnowledge of JD Edwards or other ERP systems is a plus /li liWillingness to travel /li /ul h3Place of work: Parma HQ /h3 pThis position is open to candidates of all genders, in full compliance with Legislative Decree No. 198/2006 and subsequent amendments, and Legislative Decrees No. 215 and No. 216 of 2003 on equal treatment.
