In this function you will have the primary responsibility of maintaining a high level of customer support through excellence. CSRs are responsible for several customer engagement activities. The CSR will act as a liaison between customers and the appropriate internal organizations such as sales, service, finance, and warehouse operations.

What makes your everyday life exciting?
2. Manage, support and coordinate the order management process for both sales and service; including from quote to invoice, returns, warranty, quality issues, pricing, order status and product availability.
3. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and web to respond to routine inquiries and resolve concerns
4. Answer order, product, and service questions to the best of ability using the tools provided
5. Use and update SAP and Salesforce according to the process guidelines (opening of service cases and control the service reports and conversion in SAP, data input and management of maintenance contracts)
6. Define, in cooperation with service engineers, activities and communication to customer
7. Maintain the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and honesty to promote a positive BUCHI image
What skills do you need to bring?
8. Excellent verbal, written communication skills with a strong interest in interacting directly with customers by phone, eMail, and eChat
9. Skilled at developing and maintaining effective working relationships
10. Displaying a positive, confident attitude and accepting ownership for individual results
11. Strong organizational and time management skills
12. Good in both written and oral English, experienced in Microsoft Office,Salesforce or equivalent CRM/ERP
