The Night Supervisor oversees the property during the night shift, ensuring guest reception and assistance, hotel security, and the accuracy of end-of-day accounting operations. They report to the Front Desk Manager, ensuring a smooth handover with other departments. They play a key role in delivering impeccable and well-coordinated service even during nighttime hours.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Welcoming and assisting guests during check-in/check-out throughout the shift. Managing in-house guest requests.
* Supervising the property, managing and monitoring common areas.
* Accurate handover and reporting of house status or client-specific information.
* Daily financial closure, verification of transactions, and preparation of end-of-day and next-day reports in accordance with company operational procedures.
* Cash handling as per operational procedures.
* Monitoring surveillance systems to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
* Ensuring a smooth handover to the morning team by providing all necessary information on activities, guest requests, open issues, or critical situations, to maintain service continuity and quality.
* Ensuring compliance with Borgo Pignano’s service standards.
* Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
* English: C1, Italian: C2. A third language is a plus.
* Previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort is preferred.
* References.
* Proficiency in hotel management systems (i.e. Opera Cloud) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* EU Citizenship or work permit for extra UE citizens.

* Fixed term working contract of 7 months from June 2026 according to CCNL Settore Turismo (Federalberghi) with the aim of conversion to a permanent contract in 2027.
