Role Overview
We are looking for a
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our team in Milan, reporting directly to the People Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for all corporate positions of our headquarters in Italy. You will act as a strategic partner to internal managers, ensuring we attract and select the best talent to support our business growth.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment Management:
Lead the full selection lifecycle for corporate roles in accordance with Group Policy - from job profiling and posting to final offer management. You will coordinate every phase of the process, including gathering stakeholder feedback, managing technical testing, and facilitating panel debriefs to ensure a consistent, high-quality, and data-driven selection experience.
Agency Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for recruitment agencies and headhunters, managing external partnerships and monitoring their performance.
Employer Branding : Develop and drive employer branding initiatives, represent the company at industry events and career fairs, and foster strategic collaborations with universities to build a strong talent pipeline.
Systems, Reporting & Innovation : Maintain and optimize our internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and develop structured reporting on recruitment KPIs. You will also continuously evaluate the adequacy of our current tools and propose new digital implementations to improve efficiency.
Onboarding : Coordinate the initial steps of the onboarding journey for new corporate hires. You will ensure perfect alignment between individual meeting plans, structured group programs, and e-learning training to provide a welcoming and coherent transition.
Skills and Qualifications
At least 3 years of specialist experience in talent acquisition, ideally within an international corporate environment or a professional recruitment firm.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fluency in both Italian and English is mandatory.
Expert proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms. Strong command of Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis is essential.
