Role Description
Prometeon Tyre Group is looking for an
Import / Export Intern
to join the
Supply Chain team at Group Headquarters in Milan
.
The role offers hands-on exposure to
customs operations, international trade compliance and import/export processes
, supporting daily activities related to inbound and outbound flows in a
dynamic and international environment
.
Key Responsibilities
Check and validate
customs documentation
in compliance with import/export regulations
Prepare
instructions for customs brokers
and support clearance activities
Ensure
customs rules, Incoterms and trade terms
are correctly applied and timelines respected
Follow up with
internal stakeholders and external providers
Support the team in interactions with
Customs Authorities
Manage
archiving and record keeping
of customs-related documentation
Provide operational support to the
Import–Export & Trade Compliance team
Requirements
Master’s Degree in
Supply Chain, Logistics, Management Engineering, Economics, Law or similar xlwpduy
Highly motivated, proactive and
team-oriented mindset
Strong
analytical skills
and attention to detail
Fluent in
Italian and English
(written and spoken)
Solid knowledge of
MS Office
, especially
Excel
Knowledge of
Incoterms and/or EUDR
is considered a plus
