Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in social media planning and account management.Proficiency in content trends, viral marketing mindset and mechanisms of operation on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.Excellent creative thinkingkyn and content creation skills.Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to adjust strategies based on data insights.A proactive, results-focused approach, capable of driving initiatives forward amidst uncertainty.Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG sectors is highly advantageous. Candidates with substantial agency experience are also encouraged to apply.Ability to work independently as well as closely with a team.Proficiency in Italian and English is a must. Chinese language skill is a plus but not a prerequisite.BSc/BA in Marketing, Advertising or related field.
