Quality Assurance Associate – Latina, Italy
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Associate to join the Quality Department at the Borgo San Michele production site in Latina. The role focuses on ensuring product compliance with national and international regulations and specifications, overseeing process documents and quality controls.
Responsibilities
- Review batch production data (Batch Record Review) to verify product compliance and enable release to market.
- Manage quality issues on pharmaceutical batches in compliance with specifications and procedures.
- Investigate quality problems and resolve them through field interventions, proposing corrective and preventive actions short‑ to long‑term, in collaboration with other departments.
- Interact and collaborate with various company departments to support an impeccable review process, along with international groups and affiliates for investigation management.
- Identify improvement opportunities and verify the correctness of the most critical production operations, through daily presence in production.
- Execute and define required control activities and associated operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technologies, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology or Engineering.
- At least 6 months of prior experience in the pharmaceutical sector or similar environment (Experience in Quality Assurance preferred).
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Salary Range
€29,800.00 – €48,530.00 per year.
