Nusr-Et is actively seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our team in the capacity of a Restaurant Manager (Milan) .BA/BSc degree from relevant departments (Business Administration or Hospitality Management degree would be an asset)
~7 years of fine dining restaurant management experience and deep knowledge of the operation standards & and expectations of customers
~ Proficiency in spoken and written English and Italian
~ Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
~ Responsible for customer satisfaction whilst maintaining excellent standards of food and drink quality, together with excellent standards of service, cleanliness, and safety through the day-to-day running of the brand
Focusing on standards of operations, demonstrating uncompromising and strong people skills, truly believing in training and people development to ensure that all staff are fully trained and tested to give excellent standards of service
Meeting restaurant financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
