The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

* Availability: Schedule will vary weekly, but expect to work at least 20 hours per week. Required availability on weekends and certain holidays. Hours may increase during peak times to support business needs.
Qualifications
* Education: High School Diploma / G.E.D. equivalent preferred
* Retail Experience: At least 1 year preferred
* Supervisory / Managerial Experience: Not required
