Reporting to the Construction Manager and working within the Site Supervision Team, the role ensures construction activities comply with technical specifications, environmental constraints, regulations, and safety standards. /ppstrongKey Accountabilities /strong /pulliSite supervision and technical oversight of geotechnical and geological elements, ensuring compliance with project designs and regulations. /liliMonitoring environmental prescriptions, geological constraints, and ground conditions during construction. /liliImplementing quality control procedures for geotechnical and civil activities. /liliCollecting and analyzing on-site data such as in-situ tests, boreholes, and environmental monitoring. /liliPreparing technical reports and documentation on project progress. /liliMaintaining accurate project records, including site reports, test results, certificates, drawings, and geological documentation. /liliManaging design changes and assessing their geotechnical implications. /liliSupporting designers and contractors in resolving technical issues with engineering solutions. /liliParticipating in technical meetings and coordinating with authorities and stakeholders. /liliMonitoring safety standards, especially for excavation, underground construction, and slope stability. /liliAssisting in environmental and geological control plan preparations. /li /ulpstrongEducation /strong /ppBachelor’s Degree in Geology or Civil Engineering; Master’s Degree preferred. /ppstrongQualifications /strong /pulliRegistered member of the Professional Geologists’ Association or equivalent. /liliAt least 5 years of experience in construction supervision of civil works, preferably in transport infrastructure. /li /ulpstrongTechnical Skills /strong /pulliKnowledge of geotechnical investigations, field testing, and environmental monitoring. /liliAbility to interpret design documents and reports. /liliFamiliarity with relevant regulations. /liliCompetence in preparing technical documentation and reports. /li /ulpstrongCore Competencies /strong /pulliStrategic thinking and perspective reinterpretation. /liliBuilding trust and networking. /liliClient focus and satisfaction. /liliDecision-making skills. /liliEmbracing change and sustainability. /liliEmotional intelligence and forward thinking. /li /ulpRINA is a multinational company offering services across various sectors, committed to creating a respectful and inclusive workplace environment. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
