If you like challenges, out-of-the-box thinking and teamwork, there is an opportunity for you as we are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Communication Manager. /ppbPURPOSE /b /ppReporting directly to the General Manager, the Marketing Communication Manager will oversee the development and delivery of the brand online and offline marketing to drive brand awareness, desirability, and sales performance. You will translate HQ strategic brand objectives into local brand plans for your market. This includes establishing a 360 marketing plan overseeing trade marketing, paid media, PR influencers, events sponsorships. /ph3Responsibilities /h3h31- 360 Marketing Plans /h3ulliAccording to international Brand guidelines, develop a yearly marketing strategy that helps build the brand, reinforce the brand positioning, and drive traffic engagement /liliDefine a yearly marketing plan covering: PR, Media, Events, Influencers Sponsoring /liliLead and supervise the marketing team of 3 talents: Marketing 360 Project Manager, PR Project Manager Intern /liliManage ROI and effectiveness of marketing activities across business channels - being sell-out and profitability driven /liliDefine and respect all yearly marketing budgets /liliBe the link between the TAG Heuer HQ and the market to broadcast reporting, optimize plans, identify opportunities and push campaigns further /li /ulh32- Trade Marketing /h3ulliCollaborate with area managers and wholesale partners to implement co-op promotions and initiatives /liliDevelop marketing materials and ensure consistent brand messaging across all the pos /liliRespect HQ media guidelines and touchpoints repartition in elaborating the /liliBrief and define annual media plan with our media agency /liliFor each campaign, clarify the objectives and thus define the budget, the targeted population, the assets and the media used (Offline: OOH, Print / Online: Social media, Digital) /liliDevelop and implement creative solutions to increase awareness, drive traffic to store, and convert online drive and convert more visitors /liliMonitor performance /liliOptimize content, campaigns and key learnings /li /ulh33- Media Strategy /h3ulliRespect HQ media guidelines and touchpoints repartition in elaborating the /liliBrief and define annual media plan with our media agency /liliFor each campaign, clarify the objectives and thus define the budget, the targeted population, the assets and the media used (Offline: OOH, Print / Online: Social media, Digital) /liliDevelop and implement creative solutions to increase awareness, drive traffic to store, and convert online drive and convert more visitors /liliMonitor performance /liliOptimize content, campaigns and key learnings /li /ulh34- PR Influencers /h3ulliGrow the TAG Heuer’s PR share of voice /liliManage the PR Project Manager to write and distribute press releases, pitch stories to journalists, organize press conferences, and respond to media inquiries /liliIdentify, recruit, and nurture relationships with key journalists, key influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify our brand message and reach target audiences /li /ulh35- Events Sponsorship Activations /h3ulliContribute to developing, producing and delivering events to support key launches or institutional events /liliCoordinate with high-end suppliers to bring premium and luxurious project, ensuring timely execution of various events /liliManage and oversee local Formula 1 Grand Prix activation, coordinating with HQ for seamless execution of marketing, logistics, and event management /liliEnsure set-up and deployment of new partnerships to maximize brand awareness, brand desirability and ROI /li /ulh36- Reporting /h3ulliLead budget presentations to the General Manager / HQ when it comes to Marketing /liliUnderstand, monitor and report on the evolving competitive landscape /liliGet consumer insights to extract learnings to help defining the CRM and trade strategies /liliBe the expert of your market quantitative and qualitative monthly and quarterly brand performance report: consumer competitive knowledge, 360 activations reports, best practices, media plan /li /ulh3Profile /h3pPROFILE REQUIRED /ppMaster degree in Marketing, Communication or Business Developmentbr/8+ years’ experience in marketing, retail and/or digitalbr/Fluent in Englishbr/Strong negotiation skills Inspirational personality to drive projectsbr/Strong understanding of the retail environment in fast moving industriesbr/Strong planning and analytical skillsbr/Experienced CRM and customer loyalty builderbr/Strong affinity for the watchmaking industrybr/Entrepreneurial / startup mindset, hands on, adaptabilitybr/Interpersonal and relationship-building skills, collaborative team playerbr/Detail oriented while keeping bigger picture focusbr/Solution-driven, focused and organizedbr/Strong verbal and written communication skillsbr/Creative and passionate about new trends in lifestyle motorsport /ph3Additional Information /h3pbContract /b Permanent Job /ppbExperience /b Minimum 5 years /ppbType /b Full Time /ppbFunction /b Marketing /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
