Italy Site Acquisition Manager, Lockers by Quadient

Head of Sales
Your Role
As part of the Quadient Parcel Lockers Division, you will build a new business focused on securing host locations for parcel lockers across Italy. This fast‑paced, hybrid role requires a self‑starter who can identify, negotiate, and manage onboarding for a variety of hosts, from retail chains to public sector bodies.
What You Will Do
Search for potential parcel locker locations and build strategic relationships with large organisations that own those spaces.
Assess sites for suitability (footfall, access, parking, connectivity, security).
Negotiate commercial agreements and coordinate with the Onboarding and installation teams to ensure efficient delivery.
Serve as the main point of contact for property management teams, ensuring readiness for installation.
Maintain successful post‑onboarding relationships and proactively address issues.
Analyse usage data, create reports, and communicate results to Host and C‑Suite teams.
Record all actions in Salesforce CRM and coordinate with internal departments.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase role efficiency.
Create a great customer satisfaction experience and support business development opportunities.
Your Profile
Self‑starter with a strong desire to work in a high‑energy environment.
Creative, independent, and team‑oriented.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce; experience with Salesforce CRM preferred.
Eligible to work in the European Union.
