At Nestlé Health Science you’ll bring fresh, diverse views and make bold moves to empower healthier lives through nutrition._ - Whether you’re starting your career or looking for a great career move, explore how you can work with us and bring __your best for better lives__._ Position Snapshot - Nestlé Health Science Italia - Permanent contract, full time - Residence Address : south Rome: - Geographic work area: south Rome, Latina, Frosinone, Pomezia.: - Degree in pharmacy or health sciences - At least 2-3 years of experience in a pharmacy or as Medical Representative - Fluent Italian and a good knowledge of English - Nestlé welcomes people with disabilities Position Summary A day in the life of a Medical Representative - Organize and carry out training activities for pharmacists with the aim of encouraging the sales of Nestlè health science products. - Provide scientific information about the characteristics, therapeutic indications, dosing and side effects of products in the Nestlè health science portfolio to HCP and retailers. - Seek differentiation and collaborate as a consultant with the pharmacist for the management of the categories covered in the Nestlè health science portfolio. - Regularly visit HCPs/opinion leaders of the specified territory, responding to their needs and managing opportunities, objections and critical issues. What will make you successful? - Proficient in Microsoft Office and database usage - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Valid drivers licence for more than 1 year - Medical delegate or Pharmaceutical representative experience. - Working in a multidisciplinary team with different types of HCP's - Competent in presenting to large groups - Experience with the HCP's and the retailers in the assigned territory - Strong negotiation and selling skills would be advantageous - Nestlé Health Science is a unique business, and we're looking for unique people to join us.
