About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer sites, including electrical and mechanical testing.
You will diagnose system failures and determine the most cost-effective solution, escalating complex issues to a higher level of technical support or quality reporting system when necessary. Additionally, you may develop new customer service/product agreements and respond to customer support calls within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical customer support and on-site assistance to hospital customers, with occasional weekend and overnight work required.
* Escalate complex issues to a higher level of technical support.
* Respond to customer support calls within your assigned territory.
Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred or a Biotech Technical/Electronic Secondary School Diploma.
* Open to travel in Emilia Romagna, with a valid driving license mandatory.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both in English and Italian.
* Able to work independently as a team player.
