Role OverviewPer potenziamento del team assistenza tecnica stiamo cercando una figura che, riportando direttamente al responsabile, si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
Supportare il team nell'assistenza ai clienti e nella gestione dei ticket
Supportare telefonicamente e tramite web i clienti per la risoluzione di problematiche
Seguire la parte amministrativa relativa alla fatturazione ed inserimento ordini
Attività di archiviazione
Qualifications
Esperienza come addetto/a al back office di almeno 5 anni
Conoscenza del gestionale SAP
Conoscenza dei sistemi di gestione dei ticket
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e tedesca sia parlata che scritta
