Responsibilities of the Operations Manager – Italy: Oversee day-to-day operations across corporate branches, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with company policies. Implement and continuously improve operational systems, processes, and best practices. Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure service quality and profitability targets are met. Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain high service standards. Manage budgets, financial data, and forecasting to support business growth. Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a high-performance culture. Support the development and expansion of the branch network within Italy, including oversight of franchise operations. Ensure legal compliance and alignment with corporate standards across all operational activities. Skills required for the Operations Manager – Italy: Proven experience as an Operations Manager within the car rental industry. Strong knowledge of operations management, organizational effectiveness, and process optimization. Solid experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven. A degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred. Ability to travel up to 60% of the time, with more during high season (May - October). Additional details for the Operations Manager – Italy: Basic salary in the region of €70,000 - €80,000 depending on experience. Performance-based bonus.
