* About the Job:
The role of Legal Counsel involves negotiating, drafting, and reviewing cross-border commercial contracts with vendors and customers. This includes confidentiality agreements, consulting services, licensing, marketing, SaaS, and other technology-related agreements. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist with global product development and launches by drafting external communications, legal terms, and policies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of law and be able to provide practical advice on a range of topics including technology, product, marketing, commercial and regulatory matters, intellectual property, and consumer protection. They will also manage disputes and litigation in Italy and abroad, and guide labor matters globally in alignment with our values and company culture.
