Adler Evo srl, for the Santhià Plant, located in Santhià (VC), is looking for an IT Technician. /p h3Objectives of the position /h3 pThe IT Technician's role encompasses the daily technical support and management of IT resources, focusing on end-user satisfaction, troubleshooting, and system maintenance. This position is pivotal in maintaining the organization's IT environment. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liEnd‑User Support: Provide technical assistance and prompt troubleshooting to end-users for hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal disruption to their work. /li liHardware Maintenance: Maintain, repair, and upgrade desktops, laptops, peripherals, and other hardware equipment as needed. /li liSoftware Support: Install, configure, and update software applications, ensuring proper functionality. /li liNetwork Assistance: Assist in network configuration and maintenance, resolving connectivity issues. /li liCybersecurity Measures: Assist in implementing and maintaining security measures, including access controls and antivirus software. /li liDocumentation: Maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory, configurations, and support requests. /li liTicketing System Management: Use the IT ticketing system to efficiently track, prioritize, and resolve technical issues. /li liBasic System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates and patches. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liProficiency in desktop and server operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.). /li liBasic knowledge of network protocols and configurations. /li liHardware troubleshooting and maintenance skills. /li liFamiliarity with software installation, configuration, and updates. /li liUnderstanding of cybersecurity best practices. /li liGood level of written English proficiency; a strong oral communication skill would be viewed as a plus. /li liAvailability to travel to neighbouring plants. /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liLeadership. /li liExcellent time and planning skills. /li liGood interpersonal and communication skills. /li liFlexibility, enthusiasm and motivation. /li liReal team player, ability to create enthusiasm and team spirit. /li liProactive and assertive. /li liAble to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
