Our tech team collaborates in an agile environment to build products that enhance the healthcare experience for professionals and patients alike. /p pAs a bLead QA Analyst /b, you will lead quality across an organization of b30+ engineers /b in our bContinuous and Preventive Care /bdomain, focused on improving the performance, features, and design of an exciting product for healthcare professionals. We help healthcare professionals save time, be more productive, and feel in control of their workload and activities by automating tasks as much as possible while providing clear and accessible information regarding their patients. /p h3bWhat you’ll do /b /h3 pAs a bLead Quality Assurance Analyst /bin our domain, you will: /p ul libStrategize QA Across Teams /b: Support and guide up to five teams, ensuring consistent QA practices and standards are upheld. /li libDevelop Advanced Test Strategies /b: Architect and implement advanced testing methodologies, including automation frameworks and performance testing strategies. /li libLead Cross-Team QA Initiatives /b: Drive QA guild meetings and foster collaboration between teams to share best practices. /li libQuality Metrics Analysis /b: Provide in-depth analysis of quality metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement across multiple teams. /li libChampion Regulatory Compliance /b: Lead efforts to ensure all teams meet regulatory and compliance requirements. /li libMentor QAAs and Team Members /b: Offer expertise and guidance to develop the skills of QA professionals across the organization. /li libFacilitation and Cross-Team Leadership: /b Orchestrate and facilitate cross-team QA initiatives, such as guild meetings, strategy alignment workshops, and quality improvement sessions, driving consensus and organizational impact. /li /ul pbAlso, it would be a nice to have if you: /b /p ul liHad exposure to the medical or healthcare domain, particularly in regulated environments. /li liUnderstand compliance frameworks such as MDR, FDA, ISO 13485, and GDPR /li /ul h3bWho you are /b /h3 ul liYou have at least 6+ years of QA experience, with a focus on leading QA efforts across multiple teams. /li liYou have expert knowledge of QA processes, automation tools, and performance testing. /li liYou are experienced in regulatory compliance and security standards. /li liYou possess strong leadership and project management skills. /li liYou have excellent communication skills and can influence stakeholders at all levels across multiple teams. /li liYou are proactive, strategic, and passionate about quality. /li /ul h3bWhat we offer /b /h3 ul liSupplementary Health Insurance /li liPartnership for retirement funds with Ciao Elsa /li liParental care program (1 month off in addition to the legal parental leave and 0,5 days off per child when the school starts) /li liWellbeing program (free mental health and coaching offer with our partner moka.care) /li liFor caregivers and workers with disabilities, a package including an adaptation of the remote policy, extra days off for medical reasons, and psychological support /li liA flexible workplace policy offering both hybrid and office-based mode /li liFlexibility days allowing to work abroad 10 days per year /li liSport Partnership with Wellhub /liliReimbursement of public transportation /li liLunch tickets /li /ul h3bThe interview process /b /h3 ul liQA Technical Assessments /li liBehavioral Interview /li liOffer! /li /ul pAt Doctolib, we are committed to improving access to healthcare for everyone.
