The successful candidate will be responsible for driving onboarding, deployment, adoption, and ongoing technical support for our clients. You will work closely with internal teams to support customer goals and ensure smooth renewals and long-term customer success.
We are looking for someone with 3+ years' experience in a technical, customer-facing role, preferably in cybersecurity, networking, or cloud environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as fluency in Italian and English.
This is a post-sales role that requires a proactive problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage multiple technical stakeholders. Travel to customer sites may be required.
