TXT e-Tech is looking for an Avionic Software Engineer to join its Aerospace & Defense division.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and validating safety-critical avionics software.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and verify software architecture for airborne and ground equipment;
- Develop software requirements based on system requirements;
- Generate documents and maintain traceability between them by interacting with the customer to identify needs;
- Develop integration specifications and conduct thorough testing.
Required technical skills:
- Knowledge of at least one programming language (C or ADA95);
- General knowledge of industrial/aeronautical communication standards and protocols (e.g., Ethernet, ARINC 429, RS422, RS485).
Optional technical skills:
- Basic knowledge of onboard systems and the avionics/systems development process;
- Basic knowledge of industrial processes (DO-178C, DO-254, ARP4754A).
Education: Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautics, Telecommunications, or Automation.
The profile is completed by excellent knowledge of English, teamwork skills, flexibility, and proactivity.
