Job description We’re a growing marketing team working on a diverse range of projects, from health to hospitality, sustainability and Italian authors. We’re looking for an extraordinary creative intern who is fluent in English and Italian and is passionate about social media, storytelling and content marketing. As a Digital Marketing Assistant Intern, you will work side by side with our marketing team, focusing on two projects: a sustainable organic farm in Tuscany, geared towards conscious retreats, events and hospitality, and a well-known Italian Author. You will focus on content creation and promotion through social media and events. You will also monitor your results by tracking metrics and reporting KPIs to the rest of the team to facilitate strategic marketing decisions. In this full-time internship position, you will: - Work with with our Digital Marketing Team to define social media strategies and best practices - Create multimedia content to be published on all social platforms - Assist in managing social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube) and plan the editorial calendar to ensure content is timely, relevant, and engaging - Keep up to date and informed on new social media trends and adapt accordingly - Update marketing metrics and create reports using tools like Google Spreadsheet, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc - Interface with marketing suppliers, internal staff and collaborators Requirements: - Strong fluency in English (B2/C1) - Passionate about visual content - Passionate about Social Media (Instagram and video-platforms especially) - Familiar with simple graphic tools like Canva - Knowledge of basic photo&video editing - Full commitment to learning and a growth mindset - Eligibility for internship What we offer An intensive internship experience where you’ll learn everything you need to know to start your marketing career off the right path Build a strong expertise in content marketing and its implementation through SEO, social media, video platforms etc. Get top training at an international level and be exposed to the latest innovation in content and digital marketing.
