This role involves the management, monitoring and analysis of specific Technical Service processes in close collaboration with our Subsidiaries worldwide. Your impact and contribution in this role will drive service excellence and enhance customer satisfaction. /p h3Your Impact /h3 ul liAnalyze data and monitor KPIs currently used in the Technical Service area to highlight trends, issues or possible areas of improvement; /li liProvide direct support to Subsidiaries to improve efficiency and streamline current processes; /li liDeliver training sessions to colleagues in Subsidiaries to increase service excellence, either remotely or at local offices; /li liTransfer know-how about reporting and monitoring tools throughout the Technical Service organization across subsidiaries to build a comprehensive overview of the business; /li liManage specific processes (e.g. Warranty Refund) in collaboration with Subsidiaries and Distributors Partners to ensure that the process is executed correctly and in a timely manner; /li liSupport in collecting and formalizing business specifications for the development and improvement of reporting tools; /li liSupport the Team in ensuring adherence of the Subsidiaries to key processes to guarantee that the systems data are truly representative of the Level of Service delivered to customers; /li liContribute to define and implement specific performance improvement plans and monitor their progress through recurrent meetings with Subsidiary Teams; /li liContribute to the implementation of Technical Services strategic fundamentals while fostering a continuous improvement approach. /li /ul h3About You /h3 pIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.
