Ensure all activities related to the New Product Introduction are within the requested scope of work and given timeline.What kind of work will you be doing?
Coordinate the Manufacturing Readiness – New Products introductionExecute projects to provide all technical capabilities to TM manufacturing sites so that they can execute NPI, productivity/efficiency improvement programs, and other strategic projects for the BUsMajor contributor to defining the right processes for TM product assembly and testingSpecify new (Smart) technologies, jigs, and fixtures to achieve efficient manufacturingContribute to DFM analyses and coordination within NPDI teamsSupport the implementation of Operations Excellence projects across BUs in the TM productionsWork on specific tasks assigned by the TM Advanced Manufacturing Engineering ManagerResponsible for the successful Manufacturing/Engineering Prototype build, including the EoL testR&D cooperation and supportAct as the main contributor to the Manufacturing processesContribute to automation improvementsContribute to RTG/STD hours improvementsContribute to assembly line optimizationCooperate with VOS and other departments on production improvements
What will make you successful?
5+ years of experience in Manufacturing / Advanced Manufacturing EngineeringProven experience with industrialization of complex HVAC, chiller, or thermal systemsHands‐on knowledge of complex unit assembly (pumps, heat exchangers, piping, electrical)Experience with leak testing, functional testing, and EoL testingExperience with NPDI and product transfers into productionKnowledge of ERP, PLM, and MES systemsKnowledge of CAD SW (AutoCad, Creo, Solid Edge)Strong understanding of BOM alignment, routings, cycle times, and layoutsExperience with PFMEA, DFM, work instructions, and control plansShopfloor‐oriented mindset with production ramp‐up and stabilization experienceEnglish proficiency
