Job Summary
This position sits at the heart of customer satisfaction, responsible for ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
The successful candidate will lead a team of engineering technicians, maintaining focus on safety and developing solutions to optimize equipment availability.
* Lead, support and mentor the team in a safe, standard and efficient manner.
* Work with the team and network to harness technical expertise and build solutions.
* Support implementation, recording and auditing of safety and statutory compliance programs.
* Implement network standards and focus on preventative maintenance to provide high level of equipment availability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Significant practical engineering experience including supervisory role managing people.
* Experience in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
* Ability to communicate (written & verbal) in English and Italian at CEFR Level B2 or higher.
* Experience of working to appropriate health & safety standards and regulations.
