About the internship
Reporting to the Marketing Manager IT & ES, you will support the Marketing Communications team. This is an excellent opportunity for a 3rd year or higher Bachelor or Master student, or a recent graduate, who wants to gain real experience in content creation, digital marketing, and communication within an international B2B environment. Because many tasks involve writing website content, social posts, emails, and customer communication for the Italian and Spanish markets, fluency in these two languages as well as in English is essential and compulsory.
You’ll help shape the voice of Hach in the region by supporting campaigns, creating content, and helping with day‑to‑day marketing activities.
This position is part of the Marketing team located in Lainate (Milano) in Italy and will be hybrid.
What a typical day may look like:
- Support revenue-driving initiatives by helping implement campaign assets and marketing tactics across digital and traditional channels, collaborating closely with the marketing team to leverage incoming leads and digital commerce opportunities.
- Assist in developing and refining communication strategies and marketing materials, using market insights to help optimize
channels for engaging and converting target audiences.
- Contribute to multi-channel marketing activities across Web, Social Media, PPC/SEO, PR, Email, Sales Enablement, and Digital Advertising, ensuring that all campaign elements are aligned and consistently executed.
- Help coordinate local tradeshows and customer events, supporting logistics, materials preparation, and on-site execution when needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Europe and learn how marketing works in an international company.
What you bring
- You are a current Bachelor or Master student (minimum 3rd year), or have recently graduated, studying Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, Italian and Spanish written and spoken.
- You live in the Milan area and are able to come to our office in Lainate 3 days per week
- Strong interest in marketing, communication, or digital media.
- Curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice-to-have (not required):
- Experience with social media tools, Canva, CMS systems, or content creation (from school or previous internships).
- Understanding of basic marketing concepts (SEO, branding, communication).
