Please note, this is a temporary position. /ppstrongWhat will you be doing? /strong /pulliSending formal communication to customers via Legal Mail in two phases: /li /ulp- Preliminary starting June 2025; /pp- Final starting September 2025. /pulliCommunicating with specific customer groups: /li /ulp- Main customer database (undifferentiated); /pp- Private customers with open backlog; /pp- Public customers with open backlog; /pp- Public customers with open bids. /pulliSending targeted communications during different phases. /li /ulpstrongMain responsibilities: /strong /pulliCoordinate with Vertiv Italy offices to verify and manage customer lists across phases. /liliUpdate customer databases, mainly legal mail addresses. /liliEnsure all customers receive relevant communications throughout the process. /liliManage letter issuance via legal mail, handle delivery issues and responses. /liliAssist in providing additional information to customers and act as a liaison among Vertiv offices. /li /ulpstrongWhat will make you successful? /strong /pulliHigh school diploma. /liliFluency in the local language. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience in database management is a plus. /liliStrong administrative skills and teamwork attitude. /liliExcellent communication skills, especially in dealing with customers. /li /ulpOur candidate should embody Vertiv’s Core Principles: Safety, Integrity, Respect, Teamwork, Diversity Inclusion, and align with our Strategic Priorities: Customer Focus, Operational Excellence, High-Performance Culture, Innovation, Financial Strength.
