Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide top-notch technical support by swiftly troubleshooting and resolving customer technical issues.
* Provide solutions to customer technical issues.
* Offer customer support services in addition to technical services.
* Troubleshoot with minimal assistance.
* Make effective decisions to prioritize and resolve issues promptly.
In this position, you will also be responsible for:
* Identifying and resolving critical escalations.
* Providing first-level technical phone support.
* Ensuring fault rectification and preventing future occurrences.
* Communicating with customers to meet expectations.
Your Background and Skills
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* A mechanical or electrical educational background.
* Minimum 3-5 years of customer service and/or technical service experience.
* Experience in the bending or laser-cutting machinery sector is an advantage.
