Job Description
Within the Group Chief Financial Office function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the Assicurazioni Generali (AG) Cost Supervision & GHO Cost Allocation and Control Unit.
Key responsibilities of the role will include the support in:
* Managing the control and accounting processes for Assicurazioni Generali’s expenses, from planning to periodic and year-end closures
* Daily budget monitoring, cost allocation, and management of the related accounts payable cycle
* Using SAP modules for recording and analyzing accounting data
* Maintaining and updating dynamic reports within the IT systems used (SAP and Tagetik)
* Supporting reporting activities and economic analysis
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or any quantitative discipline
* Previous experience (also internship) in management control or accounting
* Good knowledge of the Office package, in particular Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting/BI tools
* Accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail
* Ability to learn quickly and work independently
* Teamwork skills and ability to manage deadlines
To be considered a plus:
* Familiarity with structured environments and ERP systems (preferably SAP)
* Knowledge of Tagetik or other Corporate Performance Management tools
