Join Deloitte Human Capital's HR Transformation Oracle team, which specializes in delivering comprehensive HR solutions that go beyond technology to add value by transforming, innovating, and digitalizing HR processes.
As an experienced professional, you will be involved in designing, implementing, and integrating Oracle HCM Cloud solutions to facilitate HR transformation and enhance Employee Experience.
Your responsibilities include :
* Managing international and multinational projects, implementing Oracle modules such as Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, Goals Settings, Learning, Talent and Career Management, and Compensation.
* Collaborating with colleagues and managers to impact clients positively, interpreting client needs, and defining suitable methodologies and approaches.
* Developing the Italian Oracle HCM practice and supporting sales activities.
* Obtaining and updating Oracle certifications.
* Evaluating and providing innovative solutions on Oracle projects worldwide, leveraging Deloitte's experience with over 500 client implementations.
* Designing and delivering 'future-proof' Oracle solutions to optimize HR functions and improve employee experiences.
* Joining a global community of over 1,200 certified Oracle professionals to lead large-scale transformation projects.
* Expanding your skills through training and professional development opportunities.
