If so, the EU - Global Fleet and Products (GFP) - Fleet planning and Capacity team (FPAC) is for you! Behind every Amazon delivery is a complex network of planning and execution. As part of the European Global Fleet and Products (GFP) - Fleet Planning and Capacity team (FPAC), you'll help optimize this journey. We work with large amounts of novel data and provide insights that help deliver billions of packages to customers every year. We focus on data and insight generation, supporting Fleet planning automation, operational excellence projects, and data asset development. The GFP Fleet planning and Capacity team is looking for a customer-obsessed Business Intelligence Engineer (BIE) to shape how we use data to develop high-efficiency Fleet planning tools in the Last Mile space. As a BIE on the FPAC team, you will develop and lead technical solutions that support process improvements. To succeed, you'll need strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills. You will work on large, complex initiatives with ambiguity and advocate for customer needs. Use data and analytic engineering to drive change across organizations. This role is located in Luxembourg. In this position, you will: Engineer critical input and output metrics Create performance metrics to measure operational performance, identify root causes and trends, and prescribe action plans for delivery stations globally Manage metrics across multiple projects Collaborate with product, technology, and analytics teams to develop tools and dashboards Support internal stakeholders and external audiences through communication Gain expertise in internal Amazon data and AWS products like Glue, Redshift, Quicksight, and Lambda Basic Qualifications: Experience analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL, etc. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Quicksight Experience with data modeling, warehousing, and ETL pipelines Experience with statistical analysis packages such as R, SAS, Matlab Proficiency in SQL and scripting (Python) for data processing Preferred Qualifications: Experience with AWS solutions like EC2, DynamoDB, S3, Redshift Experience in data mining, ETL, and handling large-scale datasets in a business environment Amazon is an equal opportunities employer committed to diversity.
