Apply now for the position In Vitro Diagnostics Field Application Specialist in Lombardia, Italy and you will have the opportunity to support our In Vitro Laboratory Solutions Specialties (Hemostasis, Hematology and Plasmaprotein). The ideal candidate is based in Lombardia region and will follow mainly our clients in this area. Responsibilities You will take care of post sales direct problem-solving through method applications or troubleshooting or by activating the specific technical service or application support and reaching consequent customer satisfaction. You will take care of onsite instrument installation, customer training and follow up regarding Hemostasis, Hematology and Plasmaprotein. You will take care of system’s performance monitoring by measuring selected KPIs. You will take care of new eventual customer’s need giving your direct support, in cooperation with our salespeople or activating internal support channels. Qualifications Master’s degree in biology / biomedical engineering / biomedical laboratory techniques. Competence in interactive communication, problem solving and decision making. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to communicate complex technical and clinical content in an easy-to-understand manner. Fluent English in both written and oral communication. Curiosity and continuous openness to learn, flexibility and availability also to move into the region assigned.
