This role blends bdeep technical expertise, solution-building skills /b, and bcommunity presence /b to help developers create smooth, scalable, and high-quality implementations. /ppABOUT THIS ROLE /ppWe are looking for a specialist based in the bCIS region /b. The ideal candidate combines technical proficiency with strong communication skills and is motivated to support developers in building successful integrations. /ppYou will work directly with partners, lead technical workshops, create integration-focused resources, and contribute to lighthouse cases—benchmark integrations that inspire both the industry and internal teams. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead hands-on developer sessions, integration walkthroughs, and partner workshops. /liliProvide technical guidance for both bcustom integration scenarios /b and bself-service implementations /b. /liliSupport partners in solving integration challenges quickly and effectively, acting as a trusted technical advisor. /liliDevelop high-quality technical resources, including: Integration guides, step-by-step tutorials, and sample code. Demo projects, reference implementations, and API usage examples. Recorded video walk throughs, technical webinars, and training sessions. /liliKeep all resources up to date with the latest product features and integration best practices. /liliWork with Product and Developer Relations leadership to deliver blighthouse integration cases /b—top-tier implementations that showcase the full potential of Xsolla’s solutions. /liliDocument and package these integrations as reusable templates and inspiration for other developers. /liliRepresent Xsolla at industry events, technical conferences, and meetups. /liliConduct technical presentations, live demos, and coding sessions that inspire confidence in Xsolla’s integration capabilities. /liliCollect and relay developer feedback on integration processes and tools to Product and Engineering teams. /liliRecommend improvements to SDKs, APIs, and documentation to streamline integration efforts. /liliTrack and report on: Number and quality of integrations delivered or supported. Engagement with integration-focused resources. Conversion rates from technical enablement to live integrations. /li /ulh3Qualifications Skills /h3ulli3–5 years in Developer Advocacy, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Evangelism, ideally in the game industry. /liliStrong technical skills in game development and integration (e.g., Unity, Unreal, backend APIs, payment systems). /liliExperience delivering hands-on technical training, demos, and workshops. /liliExcellent problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset. /liliComfort in public speaking and presenting technical content to diverse audiences. /liliFluent in both bRussian and English /b, with excellent written and spoken communication skills. /liliAbility to travel for partner visits, conferences, and training events - primarily bacross the CIS region /b. /li /ulpThe duties and responsibilities of this position may evolve over time to support the organization’s goals and individual growth.
