Join us as a /p pstrongSenior Security Incident and SOC Manager - Automotive Business /strong /p h3Overview /h3 pAs Senior Security Incident and SOC Manager, you will execute security operations and resilience strategies within the CISO function. You will lead with oversight development and implementation of our end-to-end incident management process, defining best practices for SOC teams and the organization, and ensuring effective response structures. You will collaborate with SOC service delivery, tech teams, and business leaders to minimize risks and enhance incident management. The role is both strategic and hands-on, leading major incidents in real-time and continuously improving processes through root cause analysis and post-mortem reviews. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the development and implementation of our end-to-end incident management process. /li liOversee definition of best practices and effective response structures by/with SOC. /li liCollaborate closely with SOC to minimize and manage security incidents. /li liLead major incidents in real-time while continuously improving processes. /li liCoordinate cyber incident tracking, resolution, and response efforts. /li liEnable SOC operational activities to monitor and analyse cyber threats with oversight. /li liDrive the development and regular updates of incident response plans with advisory. /li liFacilitate simulation activities, tabletop exercises, and resilience activities. /li liEnsure efficient recovery post-incidents and drive continuous improvement. /li liProvide training and guidance on incident response best practices. /li liEnable CISO with comprehensive SOC reports for effective decision-making. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liStrong security operational background in tech with experience in high-stakes environments. /li liNatural problem-solver with the ability to act fast and decisively under pressure. /li liExcellent communication skills to educate, inform, and engage stakeholders at all levels. /li liPassion for building a world-class incident management function and improving processes. /li liStrategic mindset with a thorough security hands-on approach when needed. /li liSeveral years of experience in Incident Management or operational roles. /li liAcademic degree in a relevant field or equivalent working experience. /li liProficient in English, both verbally and in written form. /li /ul pemSKF is committed to creating a diverse environment, and we firmly believe that a diverse workforce is essential for our continued success.
