Tasks evolve according to your abilities and interests, ensuring the experience is as individual as you are.From day one, you join ION on a full‐time permanent contract, carry real accountability on live projects, and be paired with senior professionals who guide your development throughout the entire journey.What You'll DoConducting user interviews, usability tests, and surveys to generate actionable insightsMapping user journeys and service blueprints to identify friction and improvement opportunitiesDesigning wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups aligned to brand standards and user expectationsCollaborating with product managers, developers, and operations teams to deliver consistent end‐to‐end experiencesPresenting solutions, gathering feedback, and iterating based on real‐world dataWhat We're Looking ForMaster's degree in Product Design, Service Design, Interaction Design, Human‐Computer Interaction, or a related field — obtained within the last year or currently in progress, with strong academic recordWritten and spoken English at B2 level or aboveDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross‐functional teamsBased in Italy or willing to relocate; non‐EU candidates must hold a valid EU work permit
