For our client, a company operating in the immersive technologies sector and specialized in developing VR/AR/XR solutions for Industry 4.0, we are looking for a Sales Entry Manager in Italy. The candidate will play a key role in developing the Italian market, promoting XR solutions for industry, training and innovation. This position is designed for a professional with strong sales skills, strategic vision and the potential to grow into a leadership role within the Italian division.
Main Responsibilities Develop and implement the commercial plan for the Italian market, in alignment with corporate strategy.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial, educational and healthcare sectors.
Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, presentation, negotiation and closing.
Build long-term relationships with key clients, distributors and technology partners.
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams in Spain to ensure consistent messaging and delivery quality.
Monitor KPIs and sales objectives, reporting results to the European Sales Director.
Represent the company at fairs, trade shows and technological events across Italy and Europe.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the tech or innovation sector.
Experience in consultative sales and project-based environments.
Previous knowledge of XR (Virtual, Augmented, Mixed Reality) or similar technologies is a plus.
Native Italian, fluent English (mandatory), Spanish is an asset.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
