We are expanding our capabilities in Conversational AI, building intelligent assistants across voice and text channels—web, mobile apps, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams—using cutting-edge technologies like Generative AI (GPT) and platforms such as Dialogflow CX, BotFramework Composer, Watson Assistant, and Cognigy.
What You'll Be Doing
* Performing technical and functional analysis of requirements.
* Designing and implementing conversational assistants tailored to client needs.
* Ensuring solutions align with industry best practices and emerging trends.
* Leading and mentoring team members in developing solutions and building capabilities.
* Overseeing the construction, testing, and documentation of solution components.
* Presenting and defending technical decisions and solution models to both internal teams and clients.
* Participating in project planning and estimation, contributing to delivery strategy
What You'll Bring Along
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience developing microservices.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as, TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python.
* Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
* Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure.
* Ability to work independently with stakeholders and propose effective solutions.
* Experience with virtual assistants, AI, machine learning, and NLP algorithms is highly valued.
* Knowledge of NLU technologies (e.g., Dialogflow, IBM Watson, Amazon Lex) is a plus.
* Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
* A proactive and collaborative mindset.
* Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
