Job Description
Elite Hospitality Search is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a prestigious resort in the Lake Como region, known for its refined service, design excellence, and strong international clientele.
We are seeking an experienced Sales, Marketing & Revenue Manager to lead the resort’s commercial strategy and ensure a consistent alignment between positioning, pricing, and performance.
The role is both analytical and creative, combining data-driven revenue management with brand storytelling and high-end client relationship development.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and monitor the annual Sales & Marketing plan in line with the resort’s strategic goals.
* Oversee the revenue management strategy, including pricing, forecasting, and distribution across all channels.
* Strengthen direct booking performance and manage key OTA, GDS, and tour operator partnerships.
* Guide digital marketing, CRM, and brand communication initiatives together with external partners.
* Lead reporting, market analysis, and performance benchmarking (ADR, RevPAR, channel mix, conversion).
* Represent the property at trade fairs, roadshows, and key client events, ensuring brand integrity and visibility.
* Manage and coach a small commercial team, fostering excellence and innovation.
Profile Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing or Revenue roles within luxury hospitality (4/5).
* Proven track record in driving revenue growth and managing multi‑channel strategies.
* Strong knowledge of PMS, CRS, and RMS tools (Protel, SynXis, Duetto, etc.).
* Fluent in English and Italian; German or French is a strong plus.
* Strategic mindset with hands‑on approach and deep understanding of European luxury markets.
* Excellent leadership, presentation, and negotiation skills.
