Mission of the role
Crédit Agricole Italia is looking to fill a role within its Human Resources Department. If you are a recent humanities or economics-legal graduate, enthusiastic, resilient, and relationship-oriented, you may be the right fit.
In one of our HR offices, you will learn the principles behind key HR processes and projects, continuously interfacing with HR Manager and activity leads on ongoing project sites.
You will also learn fundamental organizational sizing concepts and monitor dedicated reporting.
Responsibilities
* Learn the principles behind key HR processes and projects.
* Interface with HR Manager and activity leads on ongoing projects.
* Learn organizational sizing logic.
* Monitor and produce dedicated reporting.
Education
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree in humanities, economics or law.
Experience
Preferred experience includes academic paths abroad and/or professional experience in multinational organizational contexts.
Personal Characteristics
* Excellent organizational and planning skills.
* Initiative.

* Accuracy and confidentiality.
* Proficient use of the Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
