Reporting to the regional head of Europe project development, this position will work with cross-functional teams to deliver successful battery storage projects. /ppbB. Duties and Responsibilities : /b /ppOriginate and manage CI and utility scale Battery Storage / Solar plus Storage project development opportunities, oversee site control, interconnection, and permitting process. /ppDirect project development activities to reach Notice to Proceed (NTP) status by managing the relationship with the relevant stakeholders such as the developers, authorities, land owners, grid operators, offtakers, and advisors, etc. /ppLead deal structuring and commercial negotiations with developers for project acquisition or other partnership structures such as development services agreement or joint development agreement. /ppCoordinate the tasks and inputs of the supporting functions such as Legal, Technical Solution, Finance, and Project Delivery. /ppCoordinate financial modelling to assess project economics. /ppProspect and contract suitable greenfield and brownfield sites. /ppKeep fully informed in a timely manner on market development and industry policies / regulations in order to quickly identify business opportunities. /ppbC. Requirements : /b /ppTrack record of successfully negotiating and closing commercial transactions with Landlords, Developers, Utilities, Technical Advisor, Regulatory Agencies, and Offtakers. /ppbBS degree required, MBA or relevant master degree preferred. /b /ppKnowledge of the Solar / Storage industry, specific regional regulations, and market mechanisms. /ppThe following experience are a plus : IPP project acquisition, community solar, national and regional grid analysis, multinational environment, legal, and full cycle development, etc. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
