Ph3Lead Buyer Electronics Components (m/f/d) /h3 pFor the voestalpine Böhler Welding Arc Technology Srl based in Cittadella (PD) we are looking for a Lead Buyer to work within the Sourcing department and contribute to the Purchasing Team. The role is a strategic purchaser for one or more product groups assigned. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liStrategic management of the assigned product groups to maximize overall value, enhance purchasing power and account for total cost of ownership. /li liImplementation and execution of strategic purchasing processes in alignment with the functional procurement strategy and efficient execution. /li liServe as the primary point of contact with suppliers on commercial and contractual matters. /li liDevelop and implement the category strategy for the assigned product groups in collaboration with Global Sourcing. /li liManage supplier relationships, evaluate performance and promote improvement initiatives. /li liConduct procurement activities: requests for information, bid evaluation, discrepancies clarification, negotiation strategy development, negotiation execution, contract creation and award decisions, ensuring quality, safety and sustainability criteria are met. /li liDetermine negotiation strategies in coordination with Global Sourcing and act as a negotiator. /li liMake framework agreements available to the Purchasing Team. /li liCollect and analyze risk‑management data and implement related mitigation measures. /li liManage commercial aspects including procurement channel implementation, contracts, price controls and timely price approvals. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liTechnical diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related fields. /li liMinimum 7 years of experience, preferably within the power electronics industry or technology‑driven sectors. /li liFluency in English and Italian at a professional level. /li /ul h3Knowledge Skills /h3 ul liProcurement strategies (global/local sourcing, single/multiple sourcing, etc.) /li liSWOT analysis /li liABC/XYZ analysis /li liMake‑or‑buy analysis /li liCost structure analysis /li liBenchmarking /li liIndustry and supplier structure analysis /li liValue analysis and cost‑agevolazioni analysis /li liNegotiation techniques /li liAccounting: cost management in purchasing, Target Costing, Total Cost of Ownership /li liPortfolio techniques (market, market‑power, risk portfolios) /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liSalary: €45,000 – €55,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. /li liCompany canteen (cost €1.30/day payable by the employee). /li liCompany welfare: up to €1,000 with a 20 % increase if opted in. /li liEnterprise stock (voestalpine shares). /li liWorking hours: start 08:00 or 08:30, lunch break 1 hour, finish 17:00 or 17:30. /li liLocation: Cittadella and Onara di Tombolo (PD) – Italy.
