Executive Assistant to CEO supporting fast-growing US and Canadian startups. Your role is to protect focus, bring clarity to priorities, and help leaders make better decisions faster. This is not a task-based assistant role. You are a thought partner, a filter, and a force multiplier for the executive you support. Full-time contractor: $1,200 USD base, with total monthly earnings up to $1,600 USD.

What You Will Do You will support up to three executives across admin and operations, including:
\n
Owning the executive’s calendar, inbox, meetings, travel, and expenses
\n
Acting as a gatekeeper and prioritization filter
\n
Preparing executives for meetings with context, notes, and follow-ups
\n
Tracking action items, deadlines, and commitments
\n
Supporting projects, reporting, and cross-functional coordination
\n
Anticipating issues and proactively proposing solutions
\n

No job hopping: at least one of your last three roles shows a 2+ year tenure

Previous Executive Assistant experience is not required. We welcome candidates with transferable experience

Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and similar tools
