Specifically, when you join our Financial management and enterprise performance management team, you will have the opportunity to work on finance transformation projects, redesigning the control, planning and reporting models of leading companies. You will join our rapidly-expanding team of young talents, which stands out for the quality and scope of its innovative projects, at our Turin/Milan offices. You will work with colleagues that provide functional advice on corporate performance management systems, assisting clients in the analysis, review of designs and processes supporting the CFO and the subsequent development of technological platforms. Responsibilities include: Redefining business performance management strategies for leading Italian and international companies, assisting the CFO in redesigning the performance model. Analyzing and defining functional requirements for budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, sales and operational planning, and product costing processes; implementing innovative performance management solutions. Designing IT solutions for financial and business processes and assisting during implementation, working with main EPM tool vendors (Oracle, Tagetik, Board). Implementing and configuring software solutions for consolidation, e.g., Oracle, FCCS, Narrative Reporting, and Account Reconciliation. Maintaining extensive knowledge of relevant accounting standards (US GAAP, IFRS, etc.) and ensuring compliance of financial statements. Monitoring performance pre- and post-transformation. Preparing functional analysis documents. Your skills and characteristics This is the perfect opportunity if you: Have a master’s degree in Economics/STEM subjects. Have 4 years of experience in similar roles at a consulting firm. Are familiar with control models, budgeting, forecasting, financial statements, and management accounts. Possess excellent English skills, preferably with international study or work experience. Are familiar with Oracle models (Cloud, EPM, PBCS, FCCS, HFM, Planning), Tagetik, OneStream. Are a problem solver, goal-oriented, and have strong interpersonal skills. Are eager to take on challenges and can lead in tough situations.
