Responsibilities
- Provide remote assistance on administrative, accounting and operational areas, handling tickets, analyzing requests and ensuring correct and efficient use of the system.
Qualifications
- Precedent experience in Help Desk / IT assistance.
- Excellent knowledge of Windows (client/server).
- Network, service and sharing skills.
- Microsoft Office support and troubleshooting.
- Remote assistance tools (TeamViewer, VMWare, etc.).
- Preferable: basic SQL knowledge and basic accounting knowledge.
- Problem solving, analysis, good communication, teamwork, punctuality and seriousness.
Benefits
- RAL 25.000 – 35.000 € in base experience.
- CCNL Commercio – 14 monthly salary.
- 6 months fixed term to indefinite.
- Tempo pieno 09:00–18:00, Mon–Fri.
- Company cafeteria 12 €/day.
