Support the technical team in identifying and analyzing process inefficiencies within biological and chemical‐physical treatment plantCollect, organize and interpret operational and performance data from the plant.Prepare weekly and monthly summaries of key process indicators (KPI) related to treatment efficiency, reagent consumption, energy use, and sludge production.Update dashboards, reports and monitoring tools related to plant performance and improvement actions.Support engineers in problem‐solving activities, contributing with analytical insight and data‐driven evaluations.Participate in technical meetings and daily/weekly reviews by reporting findings, highlighting deviations and suggesting improvement opportunities.Contribute to the development of process simulations, mass balances, and feasibility assessments for optimization projects.Collaborate in the standardization of procedures, documentation updates and technical guidelines.Support the preparation of technical presentations, internal training materials, and communication related to improvement initiatives.
What makes you a good fit
Master's Degree or ongoing studies in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, Biotechnology, or related fields.Understanding of biological and chemical‐physical wastewater treatment processes (even at academic level).Strong analytical mindset and interest in data analysis and process optimization.Flexible attitude toward new technologies and digital tools for data management.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Goal‐oriented approach and strong problem‐solving mindset.Fluent in English.Good knowledge of MS Office package, especially Excel.
