The role involves ensuring process consistency, leading facilities and EHS strategies, and being a member of the Finance Leadership Team in EMEA. The team comprises approximately 140 people across EMEA, with 8 direct reports. /ph3Your responsibilities include /h3ulliManage EMEA Business Support and Facilities leadership. /liliDefine and communicate the strategy for service delivery in EMEA, translating it into operational goals. /liliDevelop resources, assess opportunities, manage risks, and implement innovative solutions. /liliEstablish SLAs and continuously improve based on stakeholder feedback. /liliDevelop operational frameworks, KPIs, and governance mechanisms for ongoing improvement. /liliEnsure proper control procedures are followed by team members. /liliIdentify process improvement opportunities, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and prioritize projects. /liliImplement reporting and analytics to measure process efficacy and efficiency. /liliManage client requests, issues, and resolutions. /liliMaintain stakeholder relationships in a highly matrixed environment, demonstrating collaborative leadership and influencing skills. /liliOperate flexibly in ambiguous environments and promote process engineering methodologies. /liliMonitor financial aspects where applicable. /liliLead change management initiatives and participate in the evolution of Business Support transformations. /liliProvide strategic support for facilities project management, design, and energy management, ensuring alignment with company goals. /li /ulh3What we are looking for /h3ulliProven leadership in a multinational matrix organization, with experience in operations, customer service, or shared services, including delivering on SLAs. /liliAbility to influence and collaborate with international stakeholders. /liliFlexibility, agility, and experience in process improvement methodologies. /liliStrong project management and process standardization skills. /liliExperience managing large, cross-cultural teams. /liliFluency in English; additional European languages are advantageous. /li /ulpRequisition ID: 581123 /ppRoles: Operations Manager, Project Manager, Manager, Process /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
